Christmas Closures:
Our offices will be closed from 22nd December to 2nd January for the holidays. Normal services resume on 5th January.
If your form is submitted during this period, we will aim to reply to your query by 7 January.
Please note that MELISA testing is currently available only through laboratories in Europe and Canada.
While samples from the US are accepted, laboratories have a limited capacity to perform MELISA, and testing is fully booked for the following period.
