Christmas Closures:
Our offices will be closed from 22nd December to 2nd January for the holidays. Normal services resume on 5th January.
If your form is submitted during this period, we will aim to reply to your query by 7 January.
Please note that MELISA testing is currently available only through laboratories in Spain and Switzerland.
While samples from the UK are accepted, the Swiss lab has a limited capacity to perform MELISA, and testing is fully booked for the following period.

The laboratory in Spain only accepts samples originating from within the European Union. Testing can be arranged while travelling within the EU. Let us know if you are interested in this option, and we will provide more information.
